Rules & Regulations

01. ADMISSION

  • An admission will be provided as per the guideline & rules & regulation of Department of Higher Education Govt. of M.P. & Jiwaji University.
  • An admission will be deemed as confirmed after full fees deposit and eligibility verification by the University.

02. ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY

  • In all the courses the minium eligibility criteria is 50% marks in aggrigate in 10+2 examination. A relaxation of 5% in the eligibility criteria shall be admissible for the bonafide SC/ST/OBC applicant of M.P. only.
  • As per the govt. rule the upper age limit of admission under graduate courses is 22 years. A relaxation of 3 years in upper age limit for SC/ST/OBC & Physically Challenged Category.

03. ADMISSION CANCELLATION

  • An admission can be cancelled by paying Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) as cancellation charges. Last date for cancellation an admission is with in 15 days after admission.
  • If a student leaves course after last date of the cancellation, shall pay a sum of amount equal to fee of two semesters and admission fee of the course to the college.

04. SCHEDULE OF FEE PAYMENT

  • The students shall pays Ist installment of fee upto 15th July and complete annual fee up to 15th Dec. of the year.
  • A late fee penalty @ Rs. 10/- per day shall be applicable after the given last date.
  • Nonpayment of any dues including course fee, examination, fines, penalties etc. will disqualify the student from filling the University examination.

05. IDENTITY CARD

  • Essentially the students are required to wear their identity card in the campus.

06. REGULARITY & PUNCTUALITY

  • Students shall adhere to the specified schedule of classes.
  • Entry of late comers is restricted
  • If a student after taking regular admission is continuously absent for 15 days without proper reason or prior permission or prior information his/her admission may be cancelled.
  • Only such students, who attended 75% or more classes, are qualified to appear in the University examination.

07. INTERNAL EXAMINATION

  • Passing of internal examination conducted for each of the subject by the college is mandatory to be eligible to appear in the University examination of the respective subjective.
  • The college can offer a supplementary opportunity to appear & pass an internal examination with a supplementary fee of Rs. 300/- per subject.

08. STUDENTS PROGRESS REPORT

  • To keep the guardian aware if the ward's progress, the college maintains online "Student's Progress Report" at its website.
  • The report is updated quarterly
  • However, the guardians are expected to be in touch with the college to take the stock of the ward's progress & initiation of preventive /corrective actions, if required

09. EXTRA CURRICULAR PARTICIPATION

  • Identity card is essential for participation in extracurricular activities such as games & sports, drawing and painting, music, meditation etc.
  • The participation shall be allowed only as per the given schedule.
  • The participation shall strictly follow "code & conducts" as given by activity in charge.
  • Any misplacement /damage of an item of the activity shall be recovered from the concerned student(s).

10. RAILWAY CONCESSION

  • Railway concession shall be available to students during official semester break and college tours.
  • Students are required to apply by filling the concession form at least seven days in advance.

11. COLLEGE LEAVING CERTIFICATE

  • The college leaving certificate will be issued after completion of a course.
  • In exceptional cases when the student is bound to leave the city for definite reasons, issuing of the college leaving certificate may be considered after first & second year of a course. However, validity of the given reasons supported by documented evidence shall be judged & decided by the Principal.
  • Admission cancellation charges as mentioned in Para 03 shall be applicable.

12. GENERAL

  • No student is supposed to participate in any kind of strike or agitation etc. Anybody found guilty of doing so is liable to face strict action including expulsion from the college.
  • The ragging is strictly prohibited inside or outside the college. Anyone found guilty of the same shall be severely punished including expulsion from the college.
  • Teasing, Torturing or making nuisance in anyway inside or outside the college has been decalare as a serious offence and strict action shall be taken against those who will be found involed in such activities.
  • For any issues management disiction will be final.
  • The legal dispuate if any shall be settled with in the legal Jurisdiction Gwalior.
